About us
R. P. Education Society is a non-profit making, Socio-Economic Development Organization established & registered in 2007, by a group of people having a common cause and thinking of societal service through different area of work at grass root level. R. P. Education Society (RPES) has been conducting and organizing several programmes in different fields like Health (HIV/AIDS, Blood), Rural Development, and Education, Skill upgradation Training, Women Empowerment, Youths Affairs, Environment, Elderly Care, Water, Promotion of Sports and Cultural Activities etc. It has seen a series of changes and developments in its approach to facilitate the developmental interventions especially for women, children & youth over the years.
RPES is an institutional Member of Indian Society for Blood Transfusion & Immunohematology (ISBTI). RPES is also a member of Girls Count (Coalition of civil society organizations and activists from across the country, committed to addressing factors that lead to declining child sex ratio). RPES is also a Partner Institution of NIRD & PR. We have also received Appreciation Letter from Hon’ble CM, Haryana. We at RPES has also been Member, State Supervisory Board under PC&PNDT Act, 1994 by Hon’ble Governor of Haryana. We have also received Institutional Award in area of Voluntary Blood Donation in Haryana state by Hon’ble Governor of Haryana.
The organization has steadily spread its work area in other districts/states. Presently, R. P. Education Society is working in Rohtak, Sonepat, Bhiwani, Jhajjar & Rewari districts of Haryana and Amritsar district of Punjab state in various developmental interventions. Approaching new avenues & updating in the light of previous experiences in a professionalized manner are various developments that RPES experienced in years because RPES believes “Knowledge is Power when we act upon it”.
While we look back on the years gone and look forward to coming years that will strengthen our organization to serve our planned initiatives in a better, innovative and sustainable manner. The planning, execution and performance of various programmes is monitored regularly through staff meetings and on ground visits. RPES invests in regular capacity building of staff by conducting need assessment and frequent in house trainings. The staff is also encouraged to attend conferences, workshops and seminars organized by prestigious organizations in state and outside state.
In the process, R P Education Society is steadily making a pool of assets, office with necessary infrastructure in easy & approachable area in Rohtak and in villages also besides computers & peripherals for data processing along with e-connectivity. R P Education Society has a huge team of people having vast experience of more than two decades of implementing and conducting various research survey/studies/evaluations in development sector. It has also have a big team of volunteers to fulfill the requirements of society when so required.
Need based planning for annual activities was tried at its level best to implement accordingly and almost we succeeded to achieve it by and large as we believe in “Collective decisions & Individual’s Responsibility”.
